Josh Kadish to speak on cultural issues in mediation and negotiation at Oregon State Bar CLE

Josh Kadish is co-presenting a seminar on December 3, 2010 on Cultural Issues in Negotiation and Mediation, under the auspices of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Oregon State Bar.  Josh is organizing the presentation, which includes Professor Sukh Singh, professor at Willamette School of Law, and Lauren MacNeill, director of Clackamas County Family Court Services.  Josh has taught negotiation and mediation classes at Lewis and Clark school of law for over 20 years, and lectures frequently on these topics.
