Joshua Kadish is the 2011 recipient of Sidney Lezak Award for Excellence in ADR

The Sidney Lezak Award, given by the Oregon State Bar ADR Section, recognizes Josh’s long standing and ongoing contributions to mediation and alternative dispute resolution in the Oregon legal community.  Over the past 30 years, Josh has made mediation a central part of his family and estate planning practice, and has written extensively about mediation and family law, including the Oregon State Bar’s standard reference articles on Family Mediation, Prenuptial Agreements and Marital Settlement Agreements.  For the last 20 years, Josh has also taught mediation and negotiation at Northwestern School of Law as an adjunct professor.
