Wyse Kadish proudly supports the 2010 Oregon Mediation Association Annual Conference

Wyse Kadish proudly supports the Oregon Mediation Association (OMA) Annual Conference held on November 5th and 6th, 2010.

Josh Kadish will present a workshop at the conference on Mediating Relationship Agreements. The workshop will focus on using mediation and mediation related techniques to help couples negotiate domestic partnership, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements in a way that is protective of the relationship. Josh is a recognized expert in Oregon on these types of agreements, and lectures frequently on this subject.

Lisa Amato will present “Hot Topics in Mediation” at the conference as well.

The Oregon Mediation Association is a nonprofit organization of members committed to the development, support and advocacy of mediation in the State of Oregon. OMA seeks to shift Oregon away from the traditional adversarial approach to conflict toward a collaborative mediation approach.
