Biography:
Charles Pruitt helps clients make deals and resolve disputes. His practice focuses on General Business, Construction and Real Estate.

General Business
Charles assists clients with the organization of new business entities; purchase and sale of businesses; negotiation and preparation of contracts; and resolution of business disputes.

Construction
Charles helps architects, owners and contractors negotiate contracts and resolve contract disputes, professional liability claims, mechanics liens and construction defect claims by ADR or litigation. He is a past Chairman of the Oregon State Bar’s Construction Law Section.

Real Estate
Charles represents buyers and sellers of real property. He also helps clients resolve breach of contract and fraud claims, disputed titles, trespass claims and boundary disputes.
