Chuck helps clients acquire, manage and sell businesses and real estate in accordance with the law, including negotiating and preparing contracts.  He also represents clients in lawsuits filed in federal and state courts and helps them resolve disputes by negotiation, mediation and arbitration.  In addition to his education and experience as a lawyer, Chuck has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree that helps him to understand and discuss legal issues from a business person’s perspective.  Chuck has taught business law at the college level.  His practice also includes representing architects, owners and contractors in construction-related matters.
