Biography:
Josh practices family law, mediation, estate planning and business law with Wyse Kadish. He has been with the firm since 1983. Josh attended Haverford College and Stanford Law School, and has been a member of the Oregon Bar since 1980. He is an adjunct professor at Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, and has taught family law, negotiation, and mediation there regularly for over 20 years. Since 2006, Josh has been named as one of Portland’s top mediation attorneys by the Portland Monthly and is consistently named as one of Oregon’s Super Lawyers and in 2011 was named to the Best Lawyers in America list.
Family Law

Business Law
Josh represents a wide variety of business clients in his practice. Representative clients include the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, Northwest Power and Conservation Council, and Bushwacker, Inc.
Mediation
Josh has provided quality mediation services as part of his law practice for the past 27 years. Most of his mediation work is family and divorce oriented, and he has now handled well over 2000 cases. He was the winner of the Oregon Mediation Association’s annual Award for Excellence in 2000 and the 2011 recipient of the Sidney Lezak Award for Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
