Admitted to Practice:
Jim has practiced law since 1988 and concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, including business succession planning, estate and trust administration, income, estate and gift tax planning, and the establishment of charitable organizations.
Jim is very experienced working with high net worth families doing multi-generation estate planning. He has also handled many challenging trust and estate administrations. He is very pragmatic and has good street-smarts.
Jim will be retiring from the practice of law on December 31, 2018. After that, Jim will continue to have access to his email and voicemail, and will help to facilitate the transition of his clients to other Wyse Kadish attorneys. Given that there will be six estate planning attorneys in our estate planning and administration department after Jim’s retirement, he is comfortable that his clients will be well-served.
Over the years, Jim has written professional articles lectured to professional organizations on tax and planning issues.
