Admitted to Practice:
Michele’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate and gift tax planning, probate and trust administration, and family business planning. Michele enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them complete their estate planning goals. She works with clients whose estates range from modest to high net worth. When appropriate, Michele assists clients in putting together a plan that minimizes the impact of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Michele also advises personal representatives and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts.
Prior to joining Wyse Kadish, Michele practiced with the law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine in Portland, Oregon.
Michele grew up on the southwest coast of Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida in Gainesville she joined the Florida State Park Service as a Park Ranger at Delnor Wiggins Pass in north Naples, Florida. Before moving to Oregon and attending law school, Michele spent seven years in Tucson, Arizona where she fell in love with the grandiose and subtle beauty of the desert southwest.
Michele lives in southeast Portland with her husband and two young children. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
